Quality Policy

In Yow Chern’s production line, we strictly follow the IATF16949 Quality Management System.

Not only have we set up every production process orderly, but also we installed Germany-made SK (Schwer + Kopka) automatic sensor, a process monitoring system for mass production, in every cold-forming and thread-rolling machines to pursue zero-defect production.

In addition, each production unit is equipped with a computer for the analysis of x̄-R chart to ensure qualitative consistency.

 

Yow Chern's Quality Control Department has successfully obtained laboratory certificate issued by Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF).

After that, we have endeavored to invest in state-of-art precision testing and inspection instruments such as high-end sorting machines from Te Hung En (Enterprise Co., Ltd).

To uphold more stringent QC, enabling production of highly precise and low defect-rate products.
